Why they are still with me?

There is not that many of them, and for a good reason. I run this small company on the top of my full-time job and don’t have that much time for advertising myself actively. Instead I rely on small group of proven customers, who I have great relations with. Fortunately they have enough work for me to keep me going.

I really love them (especially when there is a cheque incoming).

I hope my customers love me as well, mostly because they love to save their money. They know they can’t get such a service for that kind of money anywhere else (check the comparison table here). Most of the cheap website companies can be initially twice or thrice more expensive than me even when they add a hosting for free. Moreover small print or their T&C shows it is free only for the first year and after that you will find out that you are paying big £££ for the renewal. Most of them are using templates for websites they creates what makes those websites similar to each other, while I approach each website individually. For each job I’m trying to get to know the specific of the business and industry to find the best possible design solution.
